Hey Members,

I recently purchased Animal Cuts and started taking them this week ( Tues , to be exact). The first 5 minutes of taking them I felt a little weird, like a mild chest burn but nothing to extreem. Within the next 5-10 minutes I feel fine.

So today here was my schedule (I'm a college student on campus)

7:00 AM - Wake-up / Take my Pills
7:20 - 7:45 - Eat Breakfast
8:00-8:45 - Get Read For Classes , Check Emails & Etc.
9:00 - 11:50 - Classes (3 to be exact)
12:00 - 12: 30 - Lunch

From there on I have another class at 2:00 to 2:50PM.
Once the time will hit 7:30PM I'll take another Pack and then off to the Gym for a good hour of pure cardio / abs. I do treadmill only, HIT.

Now this is the 2'nd day for me taking Cuts, tell me what I need to fix in that schedule. Also remember school comes first for me, then my workouts. From 7:00PM - 9:00PM its me time.

You want to make sure your diet is in check.

Then you will take the Cuts in the AM as soon as you wake up, and then again 4-5 hours later, both on an empty stomach.

Also, you are going to want to hydrate yourself thoroughly. When I was alpha testing this product, i had to increase my water intake from 1 gal daily to a little over 2.5 gallons. This is because the blue pills have a very good diuretic complex in them. I lost 10lbs of water in a week.
Do not depend on cuts to do the work for you. Abs are indeed made in the kitchen, so like TTL said get your diet in check.
