View Full Version : Need help with new offseason routine

Right now is a busy ass time at work, i deliver furniture and well right now pretty much doin 13-14 hr days, but still use what physical and mental energy i have left for the gym.

My dilemma is that Im having a hard time building a solid , well rounded mass building off season routine to get me thru this tax season. especially a routine that can help with my arms since they struggle to grow, which i believe is an adverse effect of my job.

any advice or routines would be greatly appreciated...thanx

x2... make sure youre gettin your cals...

and as for the routine i would recommend something like jim wendler's 5/3/1. its quick and effective since you go in to the gym knowin EXACTLY what you need to do.
