Starting a new journey on here, haven't updated the old one in a long long time and my training style has changed a lot since then. I'm currently lifting 4 times a week and running 2 times a week, while eating anything I want which is my motivation to make a new journey. In my old one, it kept me in check, motivated me in the kitchen and gym. My lifting has been consistent but my eating has sucked ass.
Anyways, I've been doing 5-3-1 for about 6 cycles and have seen big increases in my numbers as well as my appearance in the mirror. My waist got thicker but no noticable fat, just basically got thicker all around.
