hey guys havent posted in a while been really busy with school and everything. now that its all calmed down gonna start posted up my daily workout and diet here we fucking go.....
Workout Split:
Mon-chest/back
Tues-shoulders/arms
Wen-LEGS
Thurs-Chest/back
Fri-Shoulders/Arms
Sat-depends on the week either another leg day or lots of cardio
Sun-CARDIO
i do carido twice each day and three times on sunday
Diet: i follow a basic carb cycling plan loading up the days i have my toughest workout
lots chicken tuna and drinking eggology strait from the damn carton. focusing more a solid whole meals only drinking shake pre and post wokout or if i cant grab a meal. Carbs are basics llke rice, yams, ezkiel bread, oats. gonna keep this up to date each day so let me know what yall think peace.
