So I got so hungry one day after a workout and had limited groceries( broke student at the time) but managed to slap together this ol' mess

2lbs Lean Ground Beef
1 pack bacon(cut into 1 inch chunks)
1 red 1 yellow 1 orange peppers
1 can peaches and cream corn
1 bottle sweet and sour sauce( hp is what i use)
2-3cups of minute rice

Cook the beef in a pot while at the same time cooking the bacon( i prefer med-crispy) , also put on a pot of water for the rice.

Chop up the red/yellow/orange peppers and add to the beef once its cooked. you can drain the beef but if your like me and like a little extra flavor just half drain it. next toss in the peaches and cream corn and start mixing.

about now the bacon should be cooked and the rice should be almost done. so add the bacon to the pot and then toss in the sweet and sour sauce and mix it all together. once the rice is done , dump it on top of everything and mix for a minute or two. from here let it simmer stirring every 1-2 minutes.

this stuff is best served with a few shakes of soy sauce and a few shakes of tobasco.
