Today i was my new workout routine.
Height= 5'9"

Weight= 214lbs

The routine
Chest

Bench 225lbs 10reps x 4 sets
dropset each set to 135lbs x 4set
dropset 185lbs 4set x 10reps
dropset to 95lbs to failure
yeah i was pumped!

Back

lat pulldowns
whole rack
250lbs 3sets x 6
dropset 80% 200lbs if i'm right= 4set x 8 to 10
dropset 80% 160lbs 4sets x 12 reps
dropset to 100lbs to failure

shoulder and traps

clean and press
95lbs 4sets x 7reps

seated press

135lbs 4sets x 10 reps

shrugs

270lbs 4 sets x 6 reps

I was able to complete my workout in a timely manner, and i was very happy. I'm still pumped long after my workout well i finished at about 4:50pm now its 11:09 as im writing

My eating habits is good i cheat 1 or 2 day out of a week. Other than that i stick with the basics. Today was day two using M-STACK, and repeated the same workout as yesterday.
definately notice the different in my size and definition. While my body is in shock mode its time to rest and continue. You guys ROCK! hands down
