a year ago i suffered some soft tissue damage in my right and left pec and a right distal bicep tear. I'm gonna make this short and sweet, don't take this as bragging
Numbers as of today
Squat: 565
deadlift: 535
bench: 335
after only 6 months back in the weight room i'm feeling pretty damn good.
