- Animal Pak
- Animal Omega
- Animal Pump
- Animal PM (just got)

Im currently sittin in the 170's now looking to break into the mid 180s to 190. Is this stack legit for my goals, or should I add/remove something?

hey man looks good for what ur wanting but throwing some protein/weight gainer in there would help ya out alot such as real gains, gain fast 3100, or at least ultra whey pro. Uni-Liver is also a great way to get ur aminos throughout the day...most of all EAT!!!!

Real gains is a good choice, but its also the first thing on his list.

Make sure to increase your food intake throughout the day for the necessary extra calories for mass. I'm curious to hear your feedback on Animal PM. If you have time, I'd encourage you to keep a log here: http://forum.animalpak.com/forumdisplay.php?f=18

My diet consists of 6 meals a day. Usually a real gains shake with a cup of oats in the morning and another real gains shake shortly after a workout. The rest is usually dependant on what my wife makes for me the day before haha, but its always clean food.

And Animal PM is awesome, completely eliminated the after effects of an intense workout. My muscles feel like they are ready for round 2 just a day later.

Supplement list looks good. When you stall out, hit up M-stak for a serious plateau buster.

Should I throw M-stak in on top of all that, or should I sub it in for something else?

Just add it to your stak. The M-stak/Pump combo before a workout is amazing

yea man just add it in, it will compliment everything perfectly. Just be sure to eat big when you run m stak., Keep that protein high.

What should my water intake be while running that stack (with Mstak included)? Right now I average about a gallon to 1.5 gallons daily.
