For most, things are in capsules because otherwise, everything would taste bad.

Great point, so would you say that the absorption time is slower or faster compared to the tablets that are in the also there?
For me it would seem that since I opened the capsules and mixed them with water, it got absorbed fast and more than the other tablets there. You "Animal Professionals" reckon that this works and why?

I would stick with taking them how they are formulated, capsules and tablets. Dont break them open as you will tend to mess up how they are supposed to be absorbed.
