If you're anything like me, you love a good yogurt parfait. The problem? They aren't exactly healthy. Well today is your lucky day...


1/2 cup 0 fat greek yogurt. I use faage (has 18gs of protein per serving, low sugar for yogurt)
1/2 cup oats
1 sliced banana
1 scoop vanilla whey
1/8 cups crushed non-salted walnuts

Mix that up and enjoy. I usually eat this post workout.
