When I started lifting here i was not that good. With some help from my buds here with me, Im alot better now. Got my form down and all. I started with 135 on the bench 180 squat, 180 deadlift. Thats all i can remember. Week 3 Im at 150 bench. 275 squat and 275 dead lift. Thanks everyone for the help so far. Remember NEVER QUIT.
