So, I thought, "Why not?"

I was always told, "Tracking progress makes progress"
My first entry will be where I'm at and where I want to be.

Height: 5'4"
Weight: 162.6
BF%: 12~
Bench: 275x2
Squat: 405x2
Deadlift: 455x1

Goals
Height: 6'0" (j/k)
Weight: 185
BF%: 10~
Bench: 315x5x3
Squat: 405x5x3
Deadlift: 495x5x3

Won't be hittin' these goals anytime soon...

This will be the progress I've made and the new routine I've started for my first ever powerlifting competition! Also... I got several leg/hip/lower back injuries over the last year or so from wrestling, weightlifting, etc... so it some lifts went down :( .


Currently...
Weight: 170
BF%: %12ish
Bench: 320x1
Squat: 385x1
Deadlift:480x1

So my current workout routine I've started is as follows:
Mon - Bench (heavy)
Tue - tris (light)
Wed - Squat (speed)
Thr - hams/calves (light)
Fri - Bench (speed)
Sat - Squat (heavy)
Sun - bis/quads (light)

I'll hammer out the details as I finish each workout.
