Hi everyone :)

I have one question.

if I get up at 09:00 AM and I need to go to the gym at 10:00 or 11:00 first of all I will take all the pils and now the question is do I eat my breakfast and then go to gym or eat something after gym ?

Are you cutting or bulking?

If bulking, then get up, eat, wait 1hr, take Pump, then train 30mins later.

No matter if you're bulking or cutting, if you're training with weights, you need some type of food in your system pre-training. The only time you don't want food in your system pre-gym is if you're doing cardio to burn body fat.

I usually eat one hour before training time. I'll take Pump 30min preWO and I've always had good results.

Eat some food then 20-30 mins later pop your pump and go hit the weights hard.
