Good Day All:

My question is simple. The recommended serving for Nitro G is 2 packets, with 35 grams of carbs in each. Do those carbs count towards your carb total for the day?

of course... any carbs/protien/fat that goes into your mouth is counted. dosent matter supplement or food.

Everything counts. Protein in oats count. Carbs in almonds count.
