Personally looking forward to the third installment...
Wrath almost looks like a god in his dvd's. I've purchased both Arms and Chest as soon as they were available. He is a monster. Not only is he cutting and ungodly vascular and muscular but his skin looks like you could pinch right through it. The weights he uses in those dvd's are unreal especially in the almost end face of cutting.

i have one question about wrath and im sure a couple of other people wonder the same thing... wrath is on "week 14" yet the journey started last february.. how the hell is this possible and how the hell has he not competed yet?

You should def check out the two video's Frank has out s far, Arms and Chest. They are great and show Frank's old school training style. I should know, I am his sister. The video' are vry motivating. There should be more out soon. Def a collectors item. Check it out. I hope this help.
I'm sure I got some pointers from this guy a few years ago when I lived in Newfoundland. I worked out at Global and this guy was always there. I didnt
think he could ever get any bigger but hes proved me wrong. What an animal

Yea, whenever I'm feeling good about my progress and size I throw in one of the Animal DVD's and get completely motivated again, just like day 1. Keeps me grounded too....

i read his entire journey in 2 days, i was addicted. then i bought the arms video and i love it. the guy is a beast. i then bought the animal pump and it came with the arms video, i was kinda pissed but just gave it away. this guy motivates me and doesnt even know it. keep going man and good luck.
