Right now I have been cutting I have a ratio of 47% Protein 30% Carbs 23% Fat.
After this week I will go into my gaining phase and have a very solid stack put together, to make sure I get everything I can from the supps should I change the ratios or stick the same with just adding more calories?

I usually up my carbs and fats and protein amount stays the same, but ratio will go down because everything else goes up.

What is you cut diet / bulk diet?

Well for cutting i eat 6 times a day i take in about 2200 calories a day. I eat 3 whole food meals and 3 shake/meal replacement meals. For gaining i was thinking 3200 calories with a little more carbs. 4 whole food meals and 3 shakes or meal replacements.

I would love to hear some suggestions or advice from some of the brethren here! I am the type person that will try something that sounds logical and will give it my all. I can gain weight like crazy but i would like it to be good solid muscle.
