I have yet to try this, I have usually done 5 day split one muscle group a day.. Wanted to try something new and lil more intense

You can try it, but i think you are going to get easily fatigued doing so much in one day, and then doing it again a few days later. But you never know unless you try!

What kind of split would u recommend ? Looking to change up from the one muscle group a day routine or should I just stick to that

It does seem like a lot, but each person is different... You may be one of the few who can do this.

I hate to be Cpt. Obvious, but this isn't a plan anyone can judge. You throw out a few exercises and a basic 2 way split with a 2on/1off/2on/2off. Great. Thats no info at all.

How many sets per exericse.
Rep range?
Tempo?
Rest between sets?
Rest between exercises?

What is your diet like? Are you cutting? Bulking? Recomping?

How much sleep are you getting?

How long have you been lifting? How is your health? What are your current 1RM for all major exercises?

------

And thats just the basic questions.

I think you may get very fatigued doing a workout like that. I like one body part a day ..

Shoulders
Back
Chest
Hams/Calves
Arms
Quads

But. Like i said, give it a try. YOU may like it .. noone can tell you if it will or will not work except yourself.
