It's easy to prepare but by no means will it make you end up lifting like a lazy man. Instead of making three individual drinks, I decided to combine coffee, ginseng tea, and a protein shake in one package to save my precious time. Oddly, even if I mixed the three drinks together, it still tasted like my protein shake!
Ingredients:
1 mug milk
1 tbsp. coffee granules
2 tbsp. ginseng tea granules
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
Directions:
1) Throw them all into the mug of milk and stir.
2) Chug it down.
