View Full Version : Animal Pump problems
Alright so, For some reason when i take animal pump 30-45 minutes before a workout it gives me this weird headache and the pain is mostly in the back of my neck. It feels like my pulse is beating hard as fuck, not fast though. And it occurs while i'm lifting heavy weights or when my blood pressure starts to rise when I do cardio. I work out at night and I drink plenty of water after I take it before my workout. I used animal pump again after going a couple of days off of it and It actually went well, the pump was great. But when I used it the next day that same damn feeling happened and I was like...damn. So if you guys think you know what the problem is help me out.
Next time you take Pump, take out the red stimulant pill and see if the same thing occurs. Your body might not like the stimulants.
i took pump, no issues like that relating to it. But i have had a similar neck problem. And brotha i had never been to a chiropractor but it changed my life. Had a pinched nerve that was causing headaches and neck cramping. For as cheap as a quick one-time visit is, you might wanna make an apt.

Did you have repeat visits or only the one time? Just wondering cause I got neck issues too.
Also, I sometime do get the headache in the back of my head. Usually it goes away 10 min into lifting.

Yea, i was thinking of that. I will comment back and tell you how it goes
Smooth,
I was reluctant as hell to go. But they took some xrays and told me i had the pinched nerve and a little to no curve to my neck. ( lay down on a flat floor, you should have a lot of space to slide your hand under your neck... mine was laying flat on the ground ).
But to answer your Q, i had to go 3x a week for a month then once a week. now once every three months. think of it this way, your neck has formed it's self into the curve it has over years and years, so it's going to take a bit of constant adjusting to get it to want to sit right.
Before this they had diagnosed me w/ chronic migraines... which was not the issue. I felt 100x better after just that first adjustment, no joke.
it's worth stopping in. use www.yelp.com to find a good one in your area tho. helped me.
