Bench 355 Squat 465 Power Clean 275 Deadlift 420 if those are my lifts and I have some pretty good size on me and have been at that size for awhile and am looking to put on som more muscle because all the other training routines I do aren't really workin as well, also i've been liftin for 6 years consistently, i started HRT a week ago and love it, the soreness is rediculous but thats what i live for. Good idea to continue?

If you feel like your stimulating new muscle growth, keep it up.

It's been the best principle I've pulled into my training. It's stimulated more growth than anything so far.
And with the stack I'm using (nitro pre/post + intraid) I'm kicking ass on recovery.
You're a genius man
I have some guys from my gym doing the same thing and they love it
