What is your motivation for living the life, movin the weight, spending the time in the gym, counting carbs and protiens, measuring supplements and so on?
I think everyone has had some event in their life that drew them to the gym, at least I did..........
desided to get back to the iron....wanted to reclaim my life...

I love the transformation that takes place. The discipline and the isolation

My own form of therapy. Helps me get out my frustrations without stomping someone's skull in. Gives me a chance to better myself, Everyday, and keep pushing forward.

Because I can. Because I will. Because I don't want to be like everyone else.

I agree with you 100 %, people used to ask me why I kill myself in the gym the way I do and the answer that would always pop out before I could think about it was " I do it, because you probably won't " another good quote I use is " The Strongest wood comes from the trees that have to face the strongest winds "

Usually when people ask me that I say sports just cause that is easy to understand. The real reason though is because it is an escape from the real world. When I am at the gym it is just me and the iron. None of my problems from the real world matter, just gettin that one more rep or movin more weight than I ever have before. That's the real reason why I train.
Started for sports, then got bit by the bug... now its the only way i want to live
Started when I got dumped by my ex. My friend started to show me some things and I like the pain and the training. From then on I keep getting serious and more serious every month. It has become an addiction. ALso, I do it because of my temper and stress relieve. It's also a life long challenge. I want to become one of the top personal trainers in the country.
