View Full Version : Pak+M-Stak + Stak + Cuts + PM

So I want to know how to take this since ive done more simpler stacks but currently my goal is to retain mass while increase perfomance and get ripped heres my plan:

First 2 weeks everyday
7:35am Wake up - Cuts
7:55am Whole meal toast with Promax Extreme Protein Shake
9:15am Apple + Pak
10:50am Two dry weetabix
12:45pm Cuts - without caffine pill
1:15pm Lunch - boiled chicken and abit of brown rice if not chicken i have lean steak
4:30pm - 5:30pm - sometimes a can of tuna if not a boiled egg
5:40pm - M-stak before workout
6:15pm - work out
9:00pm - work out finished
9:10pm - dinner usually baked fish if not boiled chicken with beans

Now on the third week I will include stak and PM into the mix and want to know how and at what times would it be the best to take taking into account the above schedule? so basically on the last week of mstak ill add stak and PM into the mix then it shall carry on with just stak and pm and possible cuts , maybe no break until ive done two cycles straight... what you think???

Stak could be 11am or so. And PM is right before bed.
