I been off for a while just bullshi**ing with the weight and not being serious until I watched a couple animal videos on youtube I decided to get off my ass and go push some damn weight so here is my back workout I wanted to know if there is anything I need to add.

pullups man pullups 3x to failure to start the workout is what i do.. love it. and i don't know if you meant to type this this way but it seems that pulldowns are exclusively warm up?? If so make the pullups work as well they are valuable

i like to add in some light good mornings right before i dead... just helps me get my focus

do what works for you there is nothing set in stone.

the name of the game is consistency

Do you know form on all of those exercises?

I would also add working sets of pull downs after your warm up set if that's how you want to warm up.

Weighted Hyperextension, Pull-ups (All varieties), and decline pullovers. I just recently started doing pullovers on the decline bench and it was a great alternative to the flat bench version. There was no chest involvement at all and it really allowed me to focus on the Lats. Plus, controlling the weight on the negative portion of the exercise allowed for a better stretch an contraction. All of these are great compliments to Rows and Deads, and are a great way to really Exhaust the back.
