I have to say, whether i'm cutting or bulking up, this meal is my favourite. It is easy to make, contains everything i need and is so tasty, and i dont even usually like tuna!
Ingredients:
Carrots
Onions
Tin of chopped tomato's
1 can of tuna
Tomato puree
herbs
How to make it:
1. pour a small amount of vegetable oil into a frying pan and pour your chopped carrots into the pan. Fry this gently for 10 minutes.
2. add chopped onion to the mix. Fry this gently for 15 minutes
3. add some mixed herbs, the tuna, chopped tomato's and a spoonful of tomato puree to the mix and leave to simmer gently for 30 minutes
4. enjoy!
