Whats your current weight, whats your diet look like? without nutrition I cant give solid advice on what you should take.. im sure you know you cant expect supplements
to do all the work for you.. like Littlefry stated whats your goals?.. we gotta know these things to help you out proper.. it could go from a standard protein like
Ultra Whey Pro to Real Gains if you're bulking.. and adding Ultra Iso Whey to the Real Gains shakes.. I mean it all depends on what you are looking for, once we get that info
we can get you set up with a solid stack.. so let us have it..

i would go with this...cuts pre cardio, pak with breakfast, 2nd dose of cuts a few hours later...for protein powder i would go with iso whey(universal) or specialized protein for lean mass (sportpharma), stak(animal) with 45 mins pre workout or with 6pm meal, and pump preworkout....just my 2 cents.

Here are my suggestions for a couple changes to your diet.

As far as supplements it seems like you are essentially doing a cut/recomp. I would go with a basic stack of Pak, Omega, Nitro 2x, Cuts and a good isolate protein.

If you looking to lean out adding cuts + nitro to your above stack would be nice if you have the funds to do so I highly recommend the cuts+nitro stack for leaning out and perserving muscle.
