Yo,

What up? I'm in need of a diet folks. I'm 16, I go to high-school but I'm looking to do a cut... And then when September rises I'm gonna bulk, I get my license then but I'll fill you in more of my situation in my journey.

Anyway, I need a complete diet, list of foods I should be eating for the cut, and how often, and how much basically.

height weight, bf, big 3 lifts,

How bout doing some research first, attempt to put something together on your own, and then post it up for a critique? No offense, but you're basically asking to be spoon fed when there is already an abundance of information on this site, and all over the net.

174Inches or CM.. I can't remember, I think it's inches and that was in December area.

Around 175lbs...

I'm 16, and not sure my body-fat. I'm planning on running on the treadmill for 30-60 minutes every morning until June hits when I can go to my family friends gym; It's loaded. Also have a gym at the school.
