This is my first journey on this site, so lets get this fucking party started. I have been out of the game for three weeks now do to mono,enlarged liver, and spleen. That the past this is the present its time to crush some fucking iron. A little bit about my self I am eighteen years old, still in high school and live to lift. The purpouse of this journey is to continue my cut and get stronger while I do it. I did 5-3-1 for three cycles prior to gettng sick, now im gonna go to a more "Body building" split. Still gonna go as heavy as I can, and just throw some more reps in there. I will be training five days a week and doing cardio six of those days. I have been doing the new diet and cardio for the last two weeks, just had to wait for doctors say so on the weights.Time for the good shit:

Sunday:shoulders
Monday:back
Tuesday:off
Whensday:chest
Thursday:legs
Friday:off
Saturday:arms

Diet: (Rages diet)
meal 1: 8 oz steak cup of oatmel
meal 2: 8 oz chicken breast 1/3 cup of brown rice
meal 3: 8 oz chicken breast 1/3 cup of brown rice
meal 4: protein shake plus 5g glut
meal 5: 8 oz chicken breast salad plain
meal 6: 8 oz chicken breast salad plain

weight today is 219, did 45 minutes of fasted cardio this morning. Then had oatmeal,4oz steak, and 4 scrambled eggs (ran out of steak). Pre work out I had 8oz chicken breast and 1/3 cup of brown rice. Now on to the weights.

Shoulders:
BB standing MP:45x10,65x10,85x10,95x10,115x8,135x5,135x5
one arm DB standing MP:30x15,35x10,40x8,40x5,40x3 (these were reps per arm)
Side L raises: 25x10,30x10,35x10,40x9
bent over raises: 20x10,25x10,30x8
Shrugs:135x10x2,225x10x2, 275x6,

had a great pump going in my shoulders, on bb/db mp almost all reps were strict there were acouple i had to use some leg drive though. I could really tell how mono had taken its toll on me everything felt heavy today. Oh well I will be back to the same weights in no time.

Felt like shit today, didnt do cardio in the am had no power. Got a couple of meals in me felt alot better.

Back:
DL: 135x15/185x10/225x10/225x10/225x9
Bent over rows (strict): barx12/95x10/135x10/135x9
latpull down: 3 sets of 10 going up 2 plates each time
one arm cable rows: 3 sets of 10 (each arm)

Calfs:
standing calf raises:135x20/225x14/315x10

cardio: 45 minutes on bike after lifting, have to pay to play

Still not 100 percent better, every thing still feels heavy. On deads i wanted to pick a weight not to heavy and just get some solid reps out of it. This is by far the most volume ive done in a while, because i had been doing 5-3-1 where i never went over 5 reps hardly.

Today was an off day and boy am i sore. My shoulder's and back are both shot, man I love it. Just did cardio today in the am when i woke up. About to eat a chicken breast and a small plain salad.

I am glad to be back from mono and back into lifting.Its a weird feeling knowing i can move more weight but not being able to do it. My doctor said it will be a couple of more weeks until my body is 100% back to normal. Until then I will continue to move as much weight as I can. Hopefully when I am better I havent lost to much strength.

My legs are shot from todays workout. Chest yesterday was a little slow one of those not feeling it kind of days but some work is better than no work.
