Well first day back in the gym in a couple months (recently coming off p90x). Feels so fucking good to get under some good ole heavy ass weight and pump it out for reps. Today was more of a test to see where im at as far as chest strength (because we all know monday is international chest day) my chest workout was as such

Incline db press: 4X 8-12= 80lbs
Incline db fly: 3x8-12= 45lbs
Db bench press: 3x6-8 100lbs
Reverse grip bench:3x8-12 60lbs

As you can see deff some room for improvement but still, after only pushups for 3 straight months im not to disapointed.

Stats: weight 186
BF: 13%

heh, i never thought about it, monday really is international chest day!(i also hit chest on mondays.) also nice work for only push-ups for 3 months...
