I've lurked for long enough so I've decided it's time to put myself out there because why shouldn't I further myself with the extensive knowledge and experience I see in this forum. A little bit about myself... I'm 5'11" and 188 lbs. as of today. I live in Grand Rapids, Michigan and have been training for quite a few years but really would like to dial it in and be able to turn some heads. I plan on running a cut for the next month or so depending on how quick my results come. To be honest I have never used any Animal products but have heard great things. I will be using:

Animal Cuts
Animal Pak
Animal PM
BCAA Stack
Creatine

I also am using Anadraulic State GT for a preworkout and a whey/casein blend for my protein shakes.

My Workout:

Day 1
BB Incline Press 4/10
Flat Bench DB Press 4/8
DB Incline Flye 3/10 (Last 2 drop sets)
Cable Crossover 3/12

DB Overhead Press 4/10
Upright Row 4/8
DB Lat Raise 3/10 (Last 2 drop sets)
DB Bent Over Lat Raise 3/12

BB Lying Tri Ext 4/10
Weighted Dip 4/8
Pushdown 3/10 (Last 2 drop sets)

Day 2
Deadlift 4/8
BB Bent over Row 4/10
Lat Pulldown 4/8
Seated Cable Row 3/12 (Last 2 Drop sets)

I will also be running 3-4 miles 3 times a week.

My diet is as follows right now...definitely open for suggestions.

Wake Up
Protein Shake and 1/2 Cantaloupe
Meal 1 ----- 2 Eggs & 2 Egg whites, 1tbsp olive oil, 1 slice ff cheese, 1 cup oatmeal
Snack ----- Protein Bar, 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
Lunch ----- 6oz Tuna, 1 tbsp Light Mayo, 2 slices whole wheat bread, apple
Snack ----- Protein shake, handful almonds
Dinner ----- 8 oz of chicken or salmon, 1 cup broccoli
Before bed protein shake, 1/2 cup cottage cheese


I'm hoping I'm on the right track.....I usually work out in the morning so I will be taking my Cuts upon waking and then my eggs and stuff will be after my workout. After my workout I typically do a protein shake with a handful of gummi bears.

I began taking the Cuts, Pak and PM today for the first time. I found I definitely need to drink a lot more water.....I really started to cramp up in the afternoon. Was a little nauseous working out this morning too....I think it was probably just the fact that I took all those pills not long before, but it passed.

Sorry for the long post but that's the jist of it. Any questions or suggestions PLEASE let me know.
