Hey guys, im looking to make a journey. Some info about me. I'm 18 years old, 5'7 and 155lbs at about maybe 4-5% bf. I'm not the biggest guy in the gym, and not the smallest. My goals are to be around 170ish and get my knees healed up to do a good leg workout. I have had tendonitis in both knees for almost a year now. I got it by squating too much weight. I haven't played sports since last year though I have gym at school but I don't always participate only because I want them to heal up. I've been working out for 2 years now and I'm hoping to compete within the next two years, just to give me enough time for my legs to catch up to my upper body.
So today I had a great back workout and this is what I did!
Parallel Grip-4 sets-8-10 reps------>135x10, 135x10, 145x10, 155x10
Seated Row-3 sets-10-12 reps------>120x12, 135x12, 150x12
Reverse Grip-4 sets-8-10 reps------>135x10, 135x10, 145x10, 155x10
Close Grip Pulldowns-4 sets-8-10 reps----->120x10, 120x10, 135x10, 135x 10
Deadlifts-3 sets-8-10 reps------>135x10, 145x10, 155x10
Lower Seated-4 sets- 12-15 reps----->90x15, 100x15, 105x15, 110x15
*Note, I just started doing legs for the first time last week and today was my first attempt at doing regular deads because I would always do stiff legged.
Thanks everyone for coming in even if you don't post something, really means a lot :)

So I ended finishing up the night going back to the gym to get my guns a quick pump. Here's what my workout looked like:
Tricep Pushdown-4 sets-6-8 reps------>180x8, 195x8, 210x8, 225x8
Skull Crushers-3 sets-10-12 reps------>65x12, 75x12, 85x12
Reverse Grip pushdowns-4 sets-10-12 reps------>90x12, 100x12,110x12, 115x10
Bicep Curls-1 set-stripset------>110x8, 100x8, 90x8, 80x8 (no rest)
D.B Curls-4 sets-8-10 reps------>30x8, 30x8, 35x8, 40x8
Hammer Curls-3 sets-8-10 reps------>50x10, 60x10, 70x10
This was a good workout, felt pretty good. I'm not on any supps at the moment but I'm hoping to order pump, pm,m-stak and some real gains within the next 2 weeks. I will also have a plan to take a few pictures after I'm off all of the above. Me and my fellas need to show everyone that we canadians aren't all about our bacon, beer, hockey, and ehh!

Today was my day off. Feel pretty good about going into tomorrow as I wasn't that sore today. I just bought Mutant Mass (didn't have Real Gains at GNC grr) so hopefully this will help with bulking up. Got a big leg day tomorrow!!
Subbed.
