I know from talking to you and rev8ball, about some of the supps that would be really good for HRT, cutting and bulking... And, I know eventually, that there will be an article covering this, but I was wondering if you could put a bit out there, for everyone... Especially, with the arrival of Torrent Zero, onto the market...

1. Animal Pak (goes without saying)
2. Animal Omega (many benefits, including possibly joints and neurological)
3. A joint product (like Animal Flex or Jointment Sport)
4. Creatine: needed to help pull in intra-muscular fluids
5. A simple carb and EAA combo at least during workout, if not pre as well: this will help you get through the torture, plus start recovery early (EAA Nitro, EAA Stack w/Carb Maxx, etc).
6. A solid post workout supp (like Real Gains or Torrent): recovery is extremely important here.

I'm into my third week of HRT training and I've been using the following:

Above all, these have given me solid results.
