I'm planning on starting a new cycle after a scheduled rest. I'm 41 and have some body fat. I was off training for about 18 months but started back hard this spring. Now I'm taking 2 weeks off due to some minor surgery, which went well...decided I have enough kids LOL ;-)
I typically train as follows:
- Sat: Legs + Cardio
- Sun: Rest
- Tue: Back, Shoulders + Cardio
- Wed: Cardio only
- Thu: Chest/Back + Cardio
- Fri: Rest
I train hard and emphasize the big compound movements (squat, deads, bench, rows, etc.) My diet is very dialed-in.
Here is my plan...question...I read that overlapping Test and M-Test is a good plan (1 can of Test, 1 can of Test + M-Test at same time, then 1 can of Test). I was thinking of adding Stak in with the Test...thoughts?
Every Day:
Animal Pak
Animal PM
Glucosamine
Super Cissus
Omega EFAs
Creatine
Glutamine
And of course lots of protein ;-)

Animal Test
Animal Stak
Week 4-6:
Animal Test
Animal Stak
Animal M-Test
Week 7-9:
Animal M-Test
