Alright yall just bought some M-stak and im about to start it up next week. Im bulkin right now to get ready for the football season, how much do I need to eat to see results with M-stak. Im wantin to shred some serious bodyfat too but im in need of some muscle and strength gains. Any diet advice for use with M-stak?

So you're practically bulking AND cutting at the same time?
I don't know how that is possible, mate.

Bro it would seem that you have two conflicting goals. M-Stak is to be used best at a calorie surplus to help you put on lean mass. Assuming you're start practice in August I'd pick a goal and use the next 12 weeks to get focused and organized on how to best attack that goal. Getting your diet in check, your workouts on lock, then making sure you're using the right supplements to help you get there. What are your current stats?

Yeah I do need to figure out my plan. Need some advice on whether to cut or bulk..
I want to be a hell of alot stronger so Im leaning toward bulking. I just dont know much about how to accurately map out my calories and macronutrients + workouts

I dont think that you need to take two Paks and two Omegas a day, just wasting money.
