Been training there for more than a year now and I can't believe I ever trained elsewhere in the suburban Philadelphia area.
A well stocked, no bullshit gym that in many ways is a total throwback, straight out of the 1970s and 1980s. Run by a former Mr. Universe and his crew who were all at one point serious competitive bodybuilders, this is a gym that openly encourages heavy and hard training.
Go there to talk shop, go there to learn about the game, go there as a reminder of why we do what we do, just go there. Mr. Long is a wealth of bodybuilding knowledge.
