There are 3 of us that workout together, and we were doing the FST-7 workout for a while until it got kindof stale, and then we just did a more conventional, 3 sets of 10 workout while we were thinking of something else, and then I ran into the Hell Raiser Training on here. So we decided to try it. WOW! After just the first night, I am highly impressed.

We did lats and traps tonight

Cable Pull Down with a straight lat pull down bar 2x8+4
Seated Cable Row with V-grip bar 2x8+4
1 Arm Dumbell Row 2x8+4
Seated Cable Row with wide grip bar 2x8+4
Standing cable rope row 2x8+4

barbell shrugs 2x8+4
barbell shrugs behind the back 2x8+4
dumbell shrugs 2x8+4
shrugs w/ cable machine 2x8+4

then followed that with 10 minutes of Lat stretching

we are planning on doing arms today, and this is our plan, but we may change it up as we go based on how we are feeling.

Dumbell Hammer Curls 2x8+4
EZ-curl bar w/ hands in the outer grip position 2x8+4
Curls w/ cable machine and straight bar 2x8+4
Dumbell turn-out curls 2x8+4
Reverse grip bench press 2x8+4
Hammer Strength curl machine 2x8+4

close grip bench press 2x8+4
one arm dumbell overhead extension 2x8+4
pushdowns w/ cable machine 2x8+4
rope pull downs w/cable machine 2x8+4
one arm cable pulldowns (to get the inner tricep head) 2x8+4
skullcrushers 2x8+4

Front Squats 2x8+4
Deep Squats 2x8+4
Seated Calf Raises 2x8+4
Hammer Strength Seated Leg Extension 2x8+4
Hammer Strength Kneeling Leg Curl 2x8+4

And then a LOT of stretching!! This workout REALLY emphasized the Raising of Hell!!

we worked chest and triceps tonight. another good workout.

reverse grip bench press
regular bench press
close grip bench press
cable crossovers from the top position going down
cable crossovers from the bottom position going up
triceps pushdowns w/ cable machine
onearm triceps cable kickdowns
cable rope pulldowns
skullcrushers

Yeah it was a little much, when we both all have jobs that require us to be on our feet. We really exhausted every last bit of energy that we had on leg day. We hardly had the energy to talk, much less WALK out of the gym. All Hail Hell Raiser!

We did a "BICEPS EXPLOSION" workout because all 3 of us felt as though our biceps are lagging behind, so this is the 2nd time we have worked them this week, and we wanted to absolutely KILL them.

dumbell hammer curls
seated alternating dumbell curls
standing ez bar curls
standing cable curls with rope attatchment
standing cable curls with straight bar attatchment
hammer strength curl machine

we were a little limited on time tonight so we just attacked the lats.

seated cable rows w/ custom made bar

lat pull down w/ straight bar
bent over barbell rows
one arm dumbell rows
cable standing straight arm pulldowns w/ rope attatchment

All 3 of us are very pleased with the Hell Raiser Training! It really is adding a lot of size already!!

When doing the Cable Machine Shrugs, we had a 150lb weight stack, and we used an extra pin to add a 45lb plate to the stack, and that wasnt enough, so I had my 220lb weight lifting partner stand on the stack. It was definitely some Animal type shit!

It is definitely nice to have people to hold you accountable. We have even picked up a couple more people that have heard us talk about it and have wanted to jump on board. This weekend was VERY hectic, so there was no gym time. We are getting back at it tonight though!

Worked Lats last night....We were going to do biceps too, but unforunatly we got a late start, so we had to cut the biceps out of it.
