For the past few weeks, I've begun an interesting Journey, which I thought I would share with the rest of you animals! If you haven't figured out the title of my journey yet...well...let's get right into it!
Lately I've been reading up on the Anabolic Diet (AD) and Doggcrapp Training (DC). So, for the past few weeks, I've been experimenting with my dieting and training. This should make for quite an interesting fuckin ride/experiment. This combination of diet and training seems like it wouldn't work out, so being the engineer that I am...I had to try it the fuck out!
You rarely see people bulking on the AD, especially while doing DC Training. I thought I would log this for you guys to get a taste of what the AD is like and the hardcore DC Training.
Before I get started, I would say that I'm following the AD and DC training "pretty" close to how they were presented to me. So...don't get all freaked out if some things are a little bit different than what's prescribed.
At this point, tomorrow is my last workout before I start trying to beat the logbook. As of the diet, I have already completed the 12 days of <30g carbs and have had 1 day of carb loading. Currently, I am in full AD mode, this being the third week, with my carb-up planned for this Sunday. I follow the AD diet with a sort of DC approach with excess calories...not 7,000 as he "recommends", considering I weigh around 155 lbs at 5'6".
I'll be posting up my previous diet from a few weeks ago when starting the AD and then give you all a taste of what I'm eating as of now. The workouts for the past few weeks in the "getting to know you" phase of DC will be posted also.
