This is a video I took a week out from the Philly show I did this past June..
I was about 207, I'm 5'11.. Any comments or critiques are welcome..

im pull one out of your book iron league, i got mad respect for your chest. You can really see each part of it really defined. good job.

I was going to hate on youo but nah. how did you do if youo are not in any comp you need to be very symetric.

It was the Philidelphia Tracey Greenwood Classic June 24, 2006..
BigAnt... You don't wanna see the wheels big guy, lol... Nah man the wheels were good at pre judging, but they bombed at the night show..ate too much bullshit. Live and learn.
My legs are currently 28 inches, body fat is about 11-12% Gotta get my hams FREAKY for next year!

For that show I was about 236 last winter before I started my diet.. I dieted for 12 weeks and did 6 weeks of double cardio..
This winter I went up to 254 and I was much harder.... I hope to compete at 215 next year.. Thanks for all the positive feedback guys.
