standin DB curl 30 8's

hammer DB curl 45 8's

straight bar cab curl 40, 50, 60 8's
revers curl 1 arm 30, 35, 40 8's
pull ups 30
chain saws 55, 60, 65 8's and 70 5's
one arm lat pull down 50, 60, 70 8's
military press 70, 90 110, 10's
srugs 80's till fail

haha I haven't been a solid diet in years. I eat enough food in a day to kill a guy my size. I eat healthy but, just alot. I take universal gains 1 a day and 2 on training days.

I've always wanted to grow. I'm 5'10" 172.3 lbs. I would like to be around 190 ish.
