If there is ever a song that means more to me in this life, its definately a song called "Bottom of a Bottle" by smile empty soul. It is a tune that reaches to the bottom of my core. It is a song that reinstates why the fuck i'm in the situation that I am in. It helps me remember why i'm under the squat rack, why I eat so damn much, why I keep coming back to the hell that I created, why I stay home and everyone else is living their teenage life and why I am sittting here alone at night typing these things.

Front Barbell Raises - 4x12-15
Sitting Laterals - 4x12-15
Rear Machine Delt Flys - Drop Set x 4
Triceps
Over Head Tricep Extensions - 4x12-14
Cable Tricep Extensions - Drop Set x 4
Dumbell Skull Crushers - 4x10-12
Traps
Front barbell shrugs - 3x12-15
Behine barbell shrugs - 3x12-15
I finished this in like an hour and ten. If anyone wouldn't mind assisting me because i'm just making workouts on my own.
