Hey guys. I'm new to the forum. I'm just starting my bodybuilding journey today and I have a lot of ambition to achieve my goals. The problem is I'm sort of reluctant on what I should do. I'm 6'0, 185lbs. A short term goal is to put on 10lbs of solid mass this summer. If anyone has any advice, it would be greatly appreciated. Things I'm looking for are routines, good mass building exercises, and diet. Thanks again.

Welcome my man, there is a wealth of information around. The articles on the home page are certainly great to start with.

What is your exact diet now? How old are you?

Well I'm 21 years old. I'm currently on a Chest/Bicep, Legs, Back, Shoulders/Triceps split with reps between 6-10. I'm starting a 6 meal/day nutrition plan consisting of boneless chicken, rice, oatmeal, pb&j's, and red meat on occasion. Also 3, 50g protein shakes/day.
