So I'm here in Afghanistan for a year and I'm gonna be using animal pak/cuts/pm. I'm pretty new to the hardcore supplement program because for me it's been pretty much just protein after workouts.

My workout schedule goes: (every other day, primarily but sometimes more)

0430 Cardio
0600 chow
0700-1130 work
1130-chow
1900(7pm) end work
1930-2100 weights
afterward, protein/fruit
between 2200-2330 sleep til the morn

I read the containers but would like some "professional" advice as to when and how I should be stacking my Pak, Cuts and PM. Thanks in advance!

I would do Cuts as soon as you wake up, and then again 30 mins before weights, so right when you get off work.

Pak will be in the AM with breakfast.

PM will be 30 mins before sleep.

That's all I needed to know. Thanks! I was thinking something along those lines but when I read somewhere taking my second cuts 4-6 hours after the first, it kind of through me off.

One more question:
Would it be ok to mix N.O Explode with cuts before I hit the weights?

What i used to do with my Shock Therapy, would take the Cuts 45 mins before workout, minus the red cap, then Shock 15 mins later ..
