Sup Guys,
Im Greg, and im just now starting my journey.
A little bit about myself,
Im an ex lineman, and i have that ex-lineman body,
and frankly,
im pretty tired of it.
I'm 18 years old and i am sitting at 6'2'' 250 - not sure on my BF, but its probably pretty high.
I am currently taking Animal Pak, Animal stak2, and animal M-stak.
I had more muscle in the football season, but have been slacking off since last year,
and am pretty disgusted with my current image.
Basically my goal is to pack on muscle, but also cut down on my bodyfat,
and from what i've been reading online, it is not an easy task.
I'm an ex-strongman/powerlifter,
so i know how to hit the weights in the gym, smart and safe. But i am also
used to lifting like a strongman/powerlifter, and not like someone who is
looking to just get shredded and cut.
So, my question is,
What types of training do i need to embark on?
How many sets/Reps should i be doing?
What Type of Diet should i be on?
How much Cardio should i be doing?
Any other input would be outstanding.
Again, My goal is to drop my fat, and build muscle.
Get the Cut, ripped, animal image.
