Seriously, it is awesome that he still held on to the bar and didn't just dump it. In all honesty, I don't think I could've done the same in that situation.

Oh god what the hell happened. Maybe the belt's tightness + the great abdominal pressure going against the belt resulted in the expulsion of partially digested food.
