View Full Version : General Anabolic Diet/ Solution question

I just want to make sure that I have the general idea. I weigh 182 lbs. So 182 x 18 = 3094 calories a day I have to eat.

On No Carb days I have to eat:
40% Prot 60% Fat 25 g max Carbs
1237.6 calories (309.4 g) 1836.4 cals (206.2g)

On Carb up Days I have to eat:
15% Prot 25 % Fat 60 % Carbs
464.1 cals (116.025g) 773.5 cals (85.94 g) 1856.4 cals (464.1g)


Just want to make sure that I have all the info right. I eat no carb days for the first 12 days then carb up for 2 days then go back and forth between 5 no carb days and 2 carb up days. I will run a 6 no carb days and 1 carb up days at first to see what happens then adjust.

Does anyone got anything to add? I just want to make sure my numbers are right.
