When should I put cardio while doing HRT? I'm trying to cut fat and want to do HRT.

I always recommend a.m. fasted cardio. You can also do cardio after training for good results as well.
How about someone on lookin for more of a clean bulk? I wanna put on size, but quality size as well. maybe 1-2 HIIT cardio sessions of 20 minutes a week? or is this too much?

It really depends on the individual. When I'm on a cut, I get my cardio in and adjust my macro's accordingly. On a bulk, I eat clean but add in more carbs and I don not do cardio at all. FOr maintenance, you can do a little of both.
