Hello all,
My first post. Wandering what other of the more mature age of 40 + are taking daily for supplements.
HGH would be great but I am Active duty in the Army and that could be a distracter to career progression.
What I take -
50 grm protein shake in the morning. 1000 IU vitamin E, calcium/mag/zinc supplement, Amino Acids pill supplement, multi vitamin.
I am about to start Animal Stak cycles again. Been off of them since August.

Yeah it sucks getting old! I am 40...Supplements I use...Universal Ultra Iso Whey, Uni-Liver, creatine, glutamine, BCAA's, Animal Pak, Glucosamine and Chondroitin. I eat 7 meals daily (4 food meals 3 shakes) protein 500 grams, carbs 700 grams and fats 150 grams. I am in my off-season phase now, trying to gain some good weight...

I plan my meals through the day (6-7 meals).
I definitely can tell when I don’t keep the supps flowing.
I get fat QUICK so I have to consciously check every bite…
