Hey man, I have a lever and like it alot. It allows you to get the belt really tight if you like it that way for one exercise but kind loose for another exercise. For me I like my squats to be alil looser then my deads, so I latch it down on the deads. But the down side is you only have 2 settings of readily adjustments. Even with this the case I have never found it to be a problem
I would go wit hthe 34-38 unless you plan on doing some serious cutting
I prefer the buckle. It's easier to get the belt on and off by yourself if you get the lever. But if you're like me and you like to use varying levels of tightness then I'd suggest going for the buckle. It can be a pain in the ass getting it super tight and getting it off at competitions but I think it's great for training.
I like buckle belts - especially double pronged buckles. I usually use a rack to torque it up tight.

i have the 13 mm lever and love it. I use two settings, one super tight for deads and squat, and then i loose it up one for bench. only bad side is it takes a little bit to change the tightness. i'd suggest trying each before you spend 70 bucks and wish you had gotten the other

I have the 13mm lever as well. I had the same question you did on sizing. The belt is adjustable about 10 inches. The measurement they give you on the website is for the middle holes. You can go 2-3 inches either way of that.

I have the 13mm lever belt. I love it. Don't let anyone ever tell you a nice tight belt can't help you. I wear mine tight for bench and looser for squat a deadlift so I can get down a bit easier, and I can take in a bit more air with gear on.

I have the Inzer Forever Lever 13mm and it is the most amazing belt i've ever used. I love that thing...
