Hey guys, I'm just starting out. I used to be a gym tourist but recently I got real serious about this shit.
This is the diet plan I've made for gaining :
Any suggestions?



1) 5:15 water 500 mil. + pantocid dsr(optional - 7days)

2) 5:30 1.shake :(1/2scoop time-released protein,1scoop whey,1&1/2scoop glycomaize,1bannana,1 yakult probiotic drink65ml,1tsb honey,1Cup oatmeal,1/2Cup almonds,milk:500ml,ice)
2.fishoil+Animal Pak
3.meal : (1Cup spouts,1Cup cherries,1 apple,1 kiwi, 1 orange) + 3eggwhites+1eggwhole, Water250ml. + 2 patato, Animal Nitro+glutamine-2caps each )

3) 6:15 1.superpump250+ water.
6:40-8:15: 2.size on (intra workout) amino+glutamine-3x(post workout) + water

4) 8:30 1.shake :(1s hydrowhey + 1s glycomaize+Water)
2.fruit : 2 bannans, 1 orange
3.meal : 4eggwhites+2eggwhole +2cups oatmeal+ 1cup rice


5) 10:30 Apple+500 ml water

6) 11:30 1.meal : 2 cups sprouts, 1 cup almonds, 1 cup raisins, 150gm cottage cheese, 1 cup cherries, /spinach+corn+cheese multigrain sandwich/
2.probiotics + antioxidants+amino


7) 02:45 1.meal : 200gms chicken+2cup rice+spinach+2 boiled potato+ 1/2 orange + 1/2kiwi
2.fish oils

8) 04:15 Water + 1/2 apple

9) 05:45 1.meal: 1 cup oatmeal + 2 bannanas, 1/4cup almonds,1/4 cup raisins, 100 gms cottage chese+1slice cheese+multigrain bread
2.shake: 1/2s hyrdowhey + milk+ ice
3.antioxidants

10) 7:00 Water : 500 ml

11) 08:15 1.meal : 1/2 cup spouts, 6 eggwhites+Water, curd,
2.amino+melatonin
3.shake : casein +milk + ice
4.water : 300ml

What are your goals? How much do you weigh?

I weigh 144 Pounds, and my goal is to pack muscle and get big. Right now I'm a beginner.

I'm working on increasing strength and stamina and recently my workouts have been long, normally ~30 sets.
Yesterday my workout was 46 sets.

My routine is :

Monday : Chest + Biceps
Tueday : Back + Triceps
Wed : Shoulders + Legs

Thu : Rest

Fri : Chest + Shoulder + Triceps
Sat : Back+Biceps+Legs.

Sunday : Rest.

This is my on traning days diet.
What do you guys suggest off training days?

As I am with low weight I have been looking for good diet to have good body.I have tried lot many thing even I have diet plan to weight gain but some how I am not able to gain the wait.I hope this will be helpful for me.

You should give a full day to your legs. They take all your energy.... so if you do them with all the intensity you got you shouldnt be able to do another bodypart on the same day....!

also you should add ANIMAL PAK - ANIMAL PM - ANIMAL PUMP in there... they would really help you attain your goal

I like your diet plan very much. I had also maintain diet plan. I am giving the list of it.
1. I wake up early in morning on 6 O'clock and then go for walking for 30 minutes. After that I do yoga for 30 minutes.
2. After I drink 1 glass of orange juice.
3. At 9 O'clock I take breakfast which include 2eggs, 1glass of milk and fruits.
4. At 11 O'clock I take lunch which Salad,2 chappatis and sabji. And 1 glass of buttermilk.
5. At 4 O' clock I drink coffee or tea with some biscuit and some chips.
6. At sharp 8 O'clock take dinner which include rice and dal.
