So I'm teaching lacrosse and football in Kent, Conn. for the next 8 weeks heres the situation:

-No dumbells whatsoever
-No Barbells whatsoever
-New machines made for young adults not BBers. I'm too strong for them unless I train unilaterally for just about everything.
-I have 1 exercise band

What I do have: A weird squat machine, dip machine, bench machine, cable weighted bench, rowing cables, cables for pulldowns and pushdowns, pulldown machine, row machine, Handles for dips, foot step for 1ft calf work, curl machine, prone ham curl, seated extensions (2), shoulder press machine

So the machines are pretty much too weak in most cases and I have to train bodyparts unilaterally which I honestly don't mind for 8 weeks. I've been killing it in the gym for months now its been a year since I've missed a workout.

My main point: What sort of exercises can I do for legs with bodyweight that will spur some growth. The squat machine is weak sauce. Today I did 1ft squats, lunges, extensions, and jumping lunges. Some were super sets but I guess I'm just disappointed in my options for legs. Anyone have any sort of crazy exercises I would never think of?

Take your leg work outside. Try doing 100 yard sprints 10-15 sets or so. You've been killing yourself in the gym, why not switch it up and try something new? Do sprints 3 times per week. Your legs won't grow the same as if you were killing them with weights, but you will see a different type of build in your legs. After you do your sprints, then do some bodyweight stuff. Maybe a routine consisting of Hindu Squats, One-legged Squats, Lunges. Obviously this is different than being in the weight room, but it will change things up for a few weeks and give your body a new challenge.

go to tire store...ask for used old tires of various sizes...these end up being free for you
go to home depot..but washers, locking washers, eye bolts and nuts, and a locking link (those links that screw open/close)...10-12ft of heavy chain and a clamp (sort of like a climbing clamp)...get a shitty weight belt...and something you can loop throught the clamp; I use a riggers belt (old Army belt; not the cotton one)....

you now have a cheap "sled" for training...I can up load pix of what I have...I just have to go find them...

You have a few options...

1. Bodyweight Circuit Training (rosstraining.com/dragondoor.com/bodyweighculture.com)
2. Sandbag training (buy pre-made or actually make one for about 15 dollars)
3. Go to a rock quarry and train with stones, pretty fun.
4. Pick up a cheap or make your own sled. There are tons of upper body and lower body excercises you can do with one. Its basically an ancient cable system.

Those would be my top choices....

here is how I put them together and what I was reffering to up above in my posts...I made this dirt cheap...and ANY sled routine you find can easily be done with tires in place of an actual sled.
