Well I am the still young of the 26 just I am really and very health conscious and I always believes in prevention is better than cure. So it is better to have the healthiest food and breakfast as per your daily schedule.

If being ripped is your goal then go for it. But at 149 lbs to try and cut down why do it? Id be willing to bet most of the other guys are gonna tell you to bulk man your still young its th e best and easiest time to add some serious quality mass eat and train like a beast. Sleep like a baby. There will be a day for your "beach body" when you can flaunt a little more than just some abs.

You have a solid start. I would suggest just going with it, and making changes as you go. 149lbs is light, but your also short, so you may have a good amount of muscle, its hard to say. For instance, S. Clarida on here is 135 lbs or so on stage, and he has bigger arms than most guys i know. He has much more muscle on his 5'4" frame than anyone could believe.

Well, you have a point. I have a good amount of muscle on my frame, standing only 5 foot 4, and weighing in at just about 150. I could use some more size though, mainly in my chest, but at the same time, I want to be lean for when I get to school in the Fall. A clean bulk would probably be the best choice, keeping carbs around 300g, and adjusting from their. Hm, the choices...

Just start it up my man, and adjust as you go. I think you will do well.
